be love studio
a sanctuary for peace, healing, and belonging
Come as you are.
You belong here.
Return to the center,
again & again…
Be Love is both a name and a practice, an invitation to return, again and again, to the choice to meet ourselves and others with love, presence, compassion, and care.
This work is shaped by the vision of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Beloved Community and a deep connection to Unitarian Universalist philosophy, both of which center love, justice, the inherent worth and dignity of every person, and the interconnectedness of all beings.
It is also rooted in the teachings of The Radiance Sutras, a tradition in which love is not only something we feel, but something we participate in, a living current between energy and awareness, breath and body, self and world. These teachings remind us that meditation is a path of intimacy with life, an invitation to listen, to feel, and to enter more fully into the aliveness that is already here.
It is grounded in the belief that we do not need to believe alike to love alike, and that our shared humanity is stronger than our differences. Here, that vision begins within and extends outward into how we care for ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
