Yoga Nidra, sometimes called yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative practice that guides you into a state between waking and dreaming. Through gentle breath, body awareness, and visualization, it offers profound rest for both body and mind. Many people experience reduced stress, improved sleep, and a renewed sense of clarity and balance after a session.
At this time, I do not offer regular Yoga Nidra classes, but I am available by request and will be offering Yoga Nidra on my retreat in Morocco in March 2026:
Private sessions via Zoom (anywhere in the world)
In-person sessions (for those local to Boston, Massachusetts)
