
Yoga with Megan
I am currently completing a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT-200) program through Breathe for Change, a program that integrates yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning to support personal well-being and collective care. I am also completing a 200-hour Certified Meditation Teacher (CYT-200) through The Radiance Sutras School of Meditation, where I trained with Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine.
While I am not currently offering regular yoga classes, the wisdom of yoga deeply informs all of my work. Breath, balance, presence, and compassion are at the heart of my teaching — whether I am guiding meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, or simply holding space for rest and renewal. I occasionally offer yoga by request or as part of retreats.
