Yoga with Megan
Yoga is an integral part of my personal practice and continues to shape how I move, breathe, and show up in the world.
I am currently completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training through Breathe for Change, a program that weaves together yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning.
My training has been deeply influenced by teachers such as Seane Corn, whose work in transformational leadership and facilitation has shaped how I understand yoga as a practice of presence, integrity, and service.
While I am not offering regular yoga classes at this time, the wisdom of yoga deeply informs all of my work—especially in meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki, and the spaces I hold for rest and renewal. I look forward to sharing yoga more fully in the future through retreats, special offerings, and community-based experiences.
